Your wedding flowers have already lived through one of the most meaningful days of your life. Our role is to preserve what we can, as beautifully as we can, while respecting the natural character of the flowers.
Every bouquet is different — because flowers are natural materials and preservation is a handmade process, no two keepsakes are ever exactly the same. Every finished piece is uniquely yours.
We do not dry your entire bouquet. It's carefully dismantled and assessed — only the flowers best suited to your keepsake are selected and preserved.
Hot or humid weather can extend drying and completion times. Timing depends on your flowers, design and our production schedule.
Every piece is individually handmade. Natural variations in flower placement, size, colour and finish are part of what makes each keepsake yours alone.

Once your wedding is over, your bouquet should ideally reach us the same day. Next-day or two-day delivery can also work if the bouquet is kept cool, hydrated and handled gently.
Ropes Crossing, NSW 2760 — by prior arrangement. Weekdays generally 10am–3pm, weekends by appointment.
Arrange your own same-day courier, left securely at the door. Booking and cost are the customer's responsibility.
If same-day isn't practical, use a trusted express service such as Australia Post Express, following our packing guide.

Wedding outside Sydney, or unsure which option suits you? Get in touch before your wedding so we can plan ahead together.

A few honest notes about how flower preservation works. Our full Preservation Guide covers everything in detail.
Not necessarily. Your bouquet is carefully dismantled and assessed on arrival — wilted, damaged or unsuitable flowers are removed, and we work with the flowers best suited to your selected keepsake, plus a few extra to allow for natural losses during drying. Unused or unsuitable flowers are discarded and cannot be returned.
Almost all flowers experience some natural colour change during drying — white flowers especially, which can develop soft ivory, cream or yellow tones. This is a natural characteristic of preserved flowers, not a fault, and colour can continue to shift gently after your keepsake is complete.
Drying alone takes approximately 6–8 weeks. Once dried, your keepsake still needs selecting, designing, constructing and finishing — so the overall process is generally 3–4 months from the time we receive your flowers. Hot or humid weather can extend these times.
Same-day delivery gives the best result. You can drop it off locally in Ropes Crossing by arrangement, book a same-day courier (Uber or similar), or use an express parcel service if you're further away. We accept wedding bouquets from across Australia, including interstate — though longer transit can affect flower condition, so please follow our packing guide closely. If your wedding is outside Sydney, reach out before the big day so we can plan the best option together.
Each keepsake is made specifically for you and your flowers. Once production has started, changes, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds aren't available, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law — so it's worth being sure of your chosen option before confirming.
Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture and humidity, in a dry, stable spot, and protected from impact. Never spray or apply water to the flower faces. With gentle care, your keepsake is designed to be a lasting piece for your home. Please inspect your keepsake as soon as it arrives — if anything looks wrong beyond the natural variations described in our guide, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll take a look.
We love documenting the pieces we create, and photos of your bouquet and finished keepsake may appear on our website, social media or marketing — never with private or identifying details shown. If you'd rather yours weren't featured, just let us know before booking.
Tell us a little about your wedding and bouquet, and we'll be in touch to talk through options, timing and how to get your flowers to us safely.
